FOUNDATIONS. A 6-week, online group programme for neurodivergent adults

March 11th - April 15th 2025 | Tuesdays 1-3pm | £300 (pilot price)

Supporting you to build skills, understanding and self-compassion through your journey with neurodivergence

Is it for me?

You may be formally diagnosed, self-identified or just starting to wonder. It can be a life-changing experience to identify your neurodivergence, but where do you go from there?

There’s a heap of information that you know you could be researching, reading, figuring out on your own. But it can be hard to see which bits actually apply to you, or how it will make a tangible difference in your daily life.

Foundations is a space to start untangling the overwhelm. To more fully understanding your brain’s unique ways of processing the world.

It’s about identifying practical steps that can make life more manageable, while developing the self-compassion that leads to more ease in the long-term.

What you'll gain

Understanding

Explore your neurodivergence and how it shapes your life.

Gain clarity on your unique strengths, challenges, and patterns.

Self-acceptance

Develop self-compassion and explore authenticity and unmasking.

Connect with others who share similar experiences.

Practical tools

Access frameworks and resources to support your daily life.

Set realistic goals and explore strategies that work for you.

The programme

Weekly, 2-hour Zoom sessions. Teaching on the week’s topic, along with group discussion and exercises. Sessions will be recorded, so you can revisit them at your own pace or catch up if you miss one.

Supporting materials and resources to explore between sessions, with the flexibility to continue working on them beyond the programme dates.

Optional weekly, 90-minute ‘body doubling’ sessions to support you in making progress on your goals. A virtual co-working space, you bring along something specific to get done during the session. This way of working is often really supportive for neurodivergent people, giving a sense of focus and accountability. You can read more about body doubling here. Times and dates TBC as I’ll give group members a few options to pick from.

Modules, week-by-week

1. Understanding your neurodivergent self

Spiky profiles, sensory differences, and your individual cognitive blueprint. Identify what you want from this programme and set realistic goals.

2. Executive functioning and brain strategies

How memory, focus, and motivation work in your neurodivergent brain. Notice stuck points and potential adjustments to your habits and ways of working.

3. Navigating stress and emotional regulation

Your relationship to overwhelm, emotional awareness and stress-tolerance. Practical tools for self-observation and regulation.

4. Energy management and boundaries

Strategies for pacing, setting boundaries, and preventing burnout. Begin designing routines that honour your brain’s rhythms and capacity.

5. Authenticity and self-advocacy

Reflect on your strengths and what genuine self-expression looks like for you. Build confidence in understanding your needs, and advocating for support.

6. Integration and looking forwards

A flexible session to revisit or deepen previous topics, explore new ones, and set intentions for the future.

Since this is a pilot group, there is some flexibility built in around the module content.

I’ll be asking for feedback as we go along, and at the end.  This won’t be too time-consuming, and if it’s something you struggle with we can adapt to make it work for you.

There isn’t a planned community space for this programme, although we’ll see how the group shapes up and whether space (e.g. Facebook or Discord) would be valuable.

A bit about Christina...

Following my accreditation as a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) with the International Coaching Federation, I tailored my post-graduate certificate with the University of Chester to focus on neurodiversity.

To continue my professional development, I completed CPD studies in neurodiversity coaching, mental health coaching, and trauma-informed approaches. I’m committed to my ongoing development, receiving ongoing coaching and supervision.

I was diagnosed with autism, ADHD and dyspraxia in my late thirties, so I have personal understanding and lived experience of neurodiversity.

My coaching practice gradually evolved as I specialised in neurodiversity, allowing me to support clients that I feel a natural affinity with given our shared (albeit varied and unique) life experiences.
"I was looking for a sense of direction - more happiness and a clear decision on where to take my work. The coaching made things so much clearer and changed my perspective on my life and my work. The coaching with Christina has given me the confidence and self-belief to say and do what I believe with conviction."
