Neurodivergent career coaching

Support for neurodivergent professionals at a crossroads. Coaching for when you're ready to explore how work could feel more meaningful, manageable and you.

Neurodivergent career coaching can support you in...

Neurodivergent Career Coaching
I don’t see work as just a job title or salary band. I see it as a form of self-expression – a place where our inner world meets the outer one. For neurodivergent people, this meeting point can be messy.

You might have succeeded by pushing through… but it’s come at a cost. Or maybe you’ve always felt like you were on the edge of things – too much, too different, too sensitive, too slow.

When work fits, it can bring real purpose, joy, and connection.

But when it doesn’t – when you’re performing, surviving, or dissociating just to get through the day – it can erode your sense of self.

"The sessions with Christina helped me deepen my understanding of the beliefs that were standing in the way of success and I now feel like I can look at these beliefs as something of the past. I’m moving forward now with more awareness and a changed perspective on my process. The work with Christina was really deep and fulfilling, she listened and held the space and directed the process to a fruitful end. She is a capable coach who provides a calm, safe and professional space."

Some of my beliefs about work....

Neurodivergent Career Coaching
"I was looking for a sense of direction - more happiness and a clear decision on where to take my work. The coaching made things so much clearer and changed my perspective on my life and my work. The coaching with Christina has given me the confidence and self-belief to say and do what I believe with conviction."

Every career change is unique...

Some transitions don’t fully feel like a choice – burnout, redundancy, new diagnosis, or an inner knowing of ‘I just can’t do this anymore’.

You might feel stuck in a role or identity you’ve long outgrown. You might be quietly daydreaming about something different, but not yet giving yourself permission to explore it.

Neurodivergence-focused career coaching helps you find your footing in the in-between. Supporting you to build a new sense of self around work, explore decisions and resolve inner conflicts – without adding pressure to make outward progress right away.

We slow down enough to hear what’s real. We gently test new ideas, build resilience, and move at a pace that honours your energy levels and your truth. We come up with ideas, plans and experiments to uncover and initiate the next right step.

A bit about Christina...

Following my accreditation as a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) with the International Coaching Federation, I tailored my post-graduate certificate with the University of Chester to focus on neurodiversity.

To continue my professional development, I completed CPD studies in neurodiversity coaching, mental health coaching, and trauma-informed approaches. I’m committed to my ongoing development, receiving ongoing coaching and supervision.

I was diagnosed with autism, ADHD and DCD (dyspraxia) in my late thirties, so I have personal understanding and lived experience of neurodivergence.

My coaching practice gradually evolved as I specialised in neurodiversity, allowing me to support clients that I feel a natural affinity with given our shared (albeit varied and unique) life experiences.
